ordination, provided all other criteria are met. Once the form is complete and you have verified that ALL questions
have been answered, please click "Submit" once. UACCCI has authorized PCCCA to process ordination
payments on their behalf and a link is provided for you. Once your application is submitted, please proceed to
make payment by donation to UACCCI either at the link on this page or by following a link provided in your
