Master Christian Life Coach - Coach Trainer

PCCCA is currently seeking graduates of PCCCA or other experienced Christian Coaches to fill the position of a part-time or full-time Coach Training Associate. This is an excellent way to establish an additional income source/revenue stream for your practice. The individual selected may work from home or their office training PCCCA Certification Students. This position is responsible for facilitating our coach training while maintaining the code of ethics of a Certified Christian Coach. This is an extraordinary opportunity to mentor, teach and assist new coaches. You will also be required to recruit a minimum of one new student per 60 days.

Experience & Qualifications
  • Applicants must have coached and/or trained others for a minimum of 1 year
  • Be age 21 or older
  • PCCCA Master Certified Christian Life Coach graduates are preferred.
  • Thorough knowledge of PCCCA's coach certification training
  • Ability to facilitate training on a one-to-one basis via telephone. Some classes may be held with several students over a bridge line in the future.
  •  
Computer / Internet skills
  • Have regular access to a computer, the internet and a printer. Fax machine may be needed but can be located at a remote location as long as access is available.
  • Email experience: forwarding, sending and receiving emails with and without documents, photos and/or other attachments.
  • Word processing/typing skills along with good grammar and spelling
  • Willingness to learn new technological/computer/internet/automated form skills as PCCCA upgrades systems.
Business Requirements
  • Represent PCCCA in a professional manner and abide by code of ethics.
  • Ability to receive training calls in an uninterrupted fashion
  • Promptness and attentiveness to student needs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Reports to President of PCCCA and regularly communicates with President regarding student aptitude, progress and any needed enhancements to existing programs.
  • May also be involved with development of new training programs.
Compensation & Environment

This position offers generous remuneration, based on the number of students trained. PCCCA will assign students to you or you may assist in recruiting. You will enjoy a flexible schedule and relaxed work atmosphere. You will have opportunities to grow, learn and benefit from additional training as it becomes available. Anyone selected will be self-employed and contract their services to PCCCA.
