for end of June class.

Easy 3 Step Enrollment With Affordable Tuition

1. Complete and submit online enrollment form. You will receive a
phone call or email from the academy to schedule your enrollment interview.

2. Participate in interview to ensure the program and your goals are a good match. You may be approved for the program
during the interview or the academy may notify you afterwards, at PCCCA's discretion.

3. Once approved, make payment in full or setup payment plan. You can pay by phone by calling 239-540-4660 US or pay
online. An academy associate will explain benefits of either method. Monthly payment plans are offered and require an
additional administration fee to cover payment processing expenses. Please note: Your certification will not be issued
until you have fulfilled your financial commitment to the academy.

cards.
