One-to-one training is ideal for Christian Life Coaches because each of us
have a unique calling. One-size-fits-all class or group training alone is
simply not sufficient for those who wish to become true professionals.
This is why we now offer an orientation teleclass, so that the introduction
to our programs is standardized and students benefit from the interaction
of group training before beginning their formal training sessions with their own
Master Christian Life Coach / Trainer.

Professional training by PCCCA means personal, professional and business excellence.  Because PCCCA is the industry leader, our programs and methods are sometimes imitated, however they can never be duplicated because of our proprietary training textbook, manuals and customized forms, templates and checklists as well as done-for-you coaching practice foundation.

Most courses can provide you with coaching models, forms and assessments, but the mark of a true coaching professional is in being able to create your own and discern and address the needs of your individual clients. Just as a doctor would not prescribe the same medicine for every patient, a Christian Life Coach does not offer the same solution to every client. Each client's needs are different. PCCCA programs raise the bar for industry standards by offering unfailing allegiance to the Word of God along with unparalleled, personalized training sessions with a Master Christian Life Coach assigned specifically to you, who understands your needs and your  God-given vision in order to help you fulfill your calling.

PCCCA's coach training goes far beyond traditional coursework and training  sessions. Each PCCCA Premier student has the opportunity for personal and professional coaching during their session times. Nearly all coach training programs (at any school) recommend that the student hires their own coach during training. PCCCA programs give you both training and coaching, all with a PCCCA Master-Certified Christian Coach/Trainer on a one to one basis. There is no need to hire an
additional coach. When you consider the cost of only the life coaching itself, 12 coaching sessions with a Master Coach at $250 each, would cost you $3000. The entire Christian Life Coach Certification (CCLC) program cost with PCCCA is only $2497*. (*Payment plans necessitate additional administrative fees. ) 

One-to-one sessions are also important because of confidentiality. Many trainees do not want to broadcast their business and personal situations in a class setting and feel more comfortable with their own coach trainer. 

Your session will support and enhance the learning from our expanded and completely updated Second Edition manual and textbook. You can expect to spend 4 to 10 hours per week preparing for your weekly training sessions. The time you
spend on your individual assignments will depend on your knowledge, skill level and progress.
